Overview
Camcorder by BLEWTOOF recreates the look of an old tape camcorder on modern footage: softened grain, a shifted color profile, and the recording characteristics that read as consumer video rather than a clean digital sensor. It runs as a timeline effect, so you drag it onto a clip and adjust the amount instead of building a node tree.
The effect renders at both Full HD (1920×1080) and 4K (3840×2160), and the download includes a set of custom fonts for the on-screen date and REC-style overlays that finish the camcorder look. It needs DaVinci Resolve Studio, since the free build does not load this kind of third-party effect, and there is no trial, so you commit to the $32 before testing the grain and color on your own shots. macOS and Windows only.

Verdict
Camcorder is a straightforward look, grain and color profile changes to mimic an old camcorder, without a complex node setup. Like the rest of BLEWTOOF's catalog it requires Resolve Studio and has no trial, so there's no way to preview the actual grain and color response on your own footage before paying $32.
