Frequently Asked Questions

If your image lacks EXIF data or the tool doesn't automatically recognize it, don't worry! You can manually enter the camera model, lens name, and film recipe directly in the controls panel to customize your card exactly how you want.
After uploading your photo, simply type your recipe name (e.g., 'Italian Summer') into the 'Film Recipe' field in the controls panel. It will appear at the bottom of the card.
For a classic Instax Mini look, choose 3:4. For a standard Instagram post, 1:1 or 4:5 work best. 4:3 is great for wide-angle shots.
